Honestly, I think it all comes down to looks. <br /><br />If a guy is hot (in the eye of the beholder), then I think the persistence would be well tolerated.<br /><br />However, if the guy doesn't display physical qualities determined to be attractive, then he just comes off as stalker-ish and creepy.
