Loved it!! I received this book to review before leaving on a Caribbean cruise. I started reading it and noticed the conversion from PDF to Mobi didn't work quite right (no fault of the author or Amazon - it just happens sometimes). However, I liked it so much, I connected my kindle to the ship's WiFi for 8 minutes and bought it! It is a great read and quick too - I read it in less than a day! The characters are relatable, go through tragedy, love, physical attacks, comedy, betrayal, and more love! And now a bit about the story...
Scarlet, an editor at R and R, just found out her best friend Sean was going to get dumped. She felt so bad for him, she had helped him pick out an engagement ring just a few weeks ago. And Penelope tells her she has been cheating for months. She feels devastated for him. Her life isn't quite as bad, dealing with a harassing boss who is after sex to keep her job, she has her share of problems. One thing leads to another and she finally discovers what she wants in life, but doesn't think she can have it... So she flees Manhattan for Seattle, where her brother lives to try and start over.
