I'm touching MB's blog... hope I don't mess it up. LOL
Seriously, if you don't hear from me tomorrow it's probably because I have such horrible luck

he balance her and his crazy life?
Can two people who
come from completely different worlds make it work or will the people trying to
tear them apart succeed?
Get ready to get lost in this crazy romantic adventure and
surrender yourself to Lucas and Becca.

Surrender To Me by Ashley Piscitelli

Stars: 4...
I loved this book. Why then the 4 stars you may be wondering!! It was purely that on occasions the writing style came across a bit wooden. I didn't feel this way the whole time but a prime example of this was the beginning of the book and the dialogue between the two leads, Lucas and Rebecca.
Now for the story. This is all about what happens when a rock star meets a girl who has no idea of who he is in a car park. That is until her friend wins tickets to his concert that night! Having agreed to go on a date with him before finding out his identity Becca goes out with him, has a great time and ends up spending the week with him, but not getting intimate as she is a virgin. She agrees to go on the tour with him but will their relationship survive two people who seem intent on splitting them up for their own purposes.
The two characters were really likeable and you had to remind yourself that Lucas was infact a rock star as he really did not act like one. I loved Becca's friend Jen and would have loved to see Lucas' reaction to his birthday present!
All in all a great book and I look forward to reading more of their story. Yes there is going to be another book and with the situation with Jackson (a rival singer of Lucas') left how it was it could be interesting! That is all I will say on that, sorry.https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/824194234

Ashley Piscitelli lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her
husband, two kids, and two dogs. On top a writing career, she is a full-time
student and a full-time mom. She loves spending time with her kids, although
she has to hide the computer from them when she is writing! She love being
active and being outdoors, especially if it involves any kind of shopping.
She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read
romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of
the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones
that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an
opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think
they are up to something.
She also believes that the most important critic is your reader,
so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk
to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they
would like to see happen.
Thank you all for coming! Make sure you subscribe to our email so you can stay up to date with what is going on with our blog so you don't miss a moment. Congrats again Ashley!!
Come back tomorrow when we get to know Amy Rachiele and her book Mobsters Angel.
