Mister Tonight by Kendall Ryan *~*~*~*~*~* Blog Tour & Review

From New York Times bestselling author Kendall Ryan comes a standalone romance about a swoony single dad and the new neighbor he falls for. Last night was the most embarrassing night of my life. I was THAT girl. You know, the highly intoxicated chick celebrating her thirtieth with her two best friends—the ones who are happily married. And the more I drank, the more I wanted to do something reckless to celebrate. By reckless, I meant the sexy and alluring man dressed in a business suit standing near the bar. You know his type—tall, dark, and handsome. I was sure he was out of my league, but I'd had just enough alcohol that things like that no longer seemed to matter. I'm not fat, mind you, but you can tell I like French fries, so there's that. He took me home and I enjoyed the hottest birthday sex of my life, well until it came to a screeching, and rather unwelcome halt. There's nothing quite like being interrupted mid-ride with a little voice asking: "What are you doing to my daddy?" Just kill me now…... or so I thought. Come to find out the man I rode like a bull at the rodeo is my new landlord.

I Heart Books Review

Mister Tonight by Kendall Ryan
Review by Theresa Esterline
Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tonight is shaping up perfectly!!

This one night to more story is hilarious, embarrassing, and passionate with a little pre-school drama. From getting caught in the act to questions about "special adult snuggle-time", the four year old keeps you on your toes. And now a bit about the story...

Kate is out with friends to celebrate her birthday and is searching for the right Mister Tonight. When she spots Hunter at the bar they are drawn to each other. Things quickly heat up and end up back at Hunter's place, where he springs the news he's a single Dad. Not to be deterred, Kate sees no issue until she is accused of hurting said Daddy. She quickly dresses and escapes, only to end up back in each other's radar. Will the second chance be the one?

Favorite passages:
- Don’t mess with a good thing.
- “What is she doing here? Did she forget her underpants?”
- The only thing he could do to help put out this fire was to bend me over the kitchen table, but of course I couldn’t say that.
- Mostly, I just needed to get him out of here so I could focus on cooking dinner instead of thinking about spit-roasting his sausage with my tongue.

Note: I was given a free copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.
