To be released June 30th!!!

BLURB...

My name’s Sebastian Black, and I want to buy you. I could have any woman I want, but I choose you.
NO RELATIONSHIP, JUST SEX.

Here’s my offer…
I’ll put your name in my LITTLE BLACK BOOK, and when I want you, I’ll call you. When I call, you’re going to come, in more ways than one. It will be mutually pleasurable for both of us.

There are only two rules:
DON'T EVER DENY ME.
DON'T FALL IN LOVE.

If you do either, I’ll remove you from my book and payment stops.

Do we have an understanding?

I HEART BOOKS REVIEW

Little Black Book by Tabatha Vargo & Melissa Andrea
Review by Jennifer Ballam
Stars: 5

The easiest way for me to start this review I to simply say that I LOVED IT!!! The blurb when reading it made this book an instant addition to my ‘I have got to read this’ pile. Sebastian Black is a man who does not trust anyone and who does not do emotions or love. That is until he meets his Jessica Rabbit.

Yes I did say his Jessica Rabbit, you see in his little black book of women that he calls on (and pays) to fulfill his needs he has them all listed as a cartoon name, he does not want to know their names. Rosslyn is the complete opposite to Sebastian in that she is innocent, and I mean innocent (I know don’t groan and think 22year old virgin, her background makes this believable). This is something that helps build the relationship between the two as unlike his other women he has to ease her into the role that he wants her to play leading to him getting to know her better.

It is at this stage that I suppose that I ought to point out that Rosslyn has a kid brother, Kyle, and that her grandmother, who raised them both, has recently died leaving them in a desperate situation. There are another couple of characters that appear throughout the story, Roz’s friend, Trish, and Sebastian’s…. let’s say friend for want of a better word, Vick.

Both of them have pasts, Roz’s gone into in depth relatively quickly while Sebastian’s you get drip fed through memory flashbacks and things said throughout the story, it is how those pasts will affect their relationship that is key.

Now that I have covered the basics of the story let me turn to the sex scenes and chemistry between the two of them, damn its hot, no seriously it is HOT. Perhaps it is best to not sit and read it while in a public place, such as a coffee shop like I did!

Now I will close with a small, and I mean small gripe. The ending of the book. This is a hard thing to place into a review as to say too much would give spoilers away galore…..hmmm, let’s just say that between the closing words of the final chapter to the opening of the epilogue I feel that had it been fleshed out more as to what happened just after the end of the events in the last chapter, when they reached their destination, it would have left me as a reader not feeling quite so much in a ‘so what happened after this’ mood. Sorry for being so vague but seriously if I was to say even slightly what happened or where they were headed spoilers would abound!

All in all I loved this book, so much so that I know that this will be one of a small number of books that I will grant the honor of re-reading at a later date. Seriously I loved it, I cannot emphasis that enough. The two characters are likable and the chemistry smoking hot. When Sebastian was talking about his ownership of Roz and stating in terms of I licked it therefore I own it (use your imagination as to what was licked….) I was in love and hooked!!

Go on and one click. 5 stars are not enough to emphasis my love of this book!

Please note I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
