I HEART BOOKS REVIEW

Charming (Seven Series #6.5) by Dannika Dark
Review by Angela
Stars: 5

This is a paranormal romance with a touch of kick butt and take names. I recommend this for adults only due to the sexual content. This can be read as a stand alone, but it is part of the Seven series. I have not read any other of the previous stories, but my interest is peaked and I will read the previous books! Nadia is a queen in every way possible, beautiful, well mannered, strong willed and content to take care of herself, she doesn't need anyone. Katarina is a strong, full of sass, in your face bounty hunter, she doesn't realize how unique she is being she always puts her sister first. She is content to stay in the background which for me makes her more likable. Prince is a honorable man and he takes everything into consideration. He soon realizes which sister is more to his liking, and his choice is not so surprising. Yes he diffidently will have his hands full.

Prince is alpha wolf, satisfied with his life, or so he thinks. He happens across a name that brings back memories. Nadia Kozlov is the daughter of the man whom Prince owes his life too. They talk and he soon learns that his dear friend has not been in contact with his own daughters for several years. Prince is full of questions, but it seems Nadia has no answers. Fortunately Nadia's twin Katarina makes an appearance and holds more information. She is a bounty hunter and the man she is looking for is someone Prince and her father both hated. Coincidence maybe but Prince is determined to help in anyway possible, hoping to locate his friend, but soon realizes he may also find love along the way.

favorite passages:
"Have you taken up residency in your mind, or would you like to join the living?"
"Prince was a knight all cleaned up and wearing a silk suit."
"You can't miss her; she stands out like a stuck pig in a cotton factory."
"That man was like a walking powder leg."
"Maybe that's why she kept gawking at Prince like a woman whose ovaries had just come out of hibernation and were about to implode."
"Maybe she's Tweedledee and I'm Tweedledum, but we're two tweedles you know?"
"He wanted us to be allies, but we became brothers by circumstance."
"The moment their lips touched, the entire world melted away, and it felt as if they had been lifted by the wind and embraced by the stars."
"You are my unexpected."
"He knew the emptiness of losing a sibling, and sometimes the only remedy if to grieve."<3
"The sunlight illuminated the green leaves above, and they danced in the breeze like flecks of glitter."
