Synopsis:
Our world is being judged and we remain unaware.
In a world filled with people, Gabby is uniquely alone. The tiny glowing sparks filling her mind, representing the people around her, confirm it.
Clueless regarding the reason behind her sight and her place in the world, Gabby struggles to find an explanation. A chance encounter leads her closer to answers she’s struggled to find, and into a hidden society where fur is optional. An introduction sends her running back home without the answers she wants – and not quite alone.
Gabby tries to ignore Clay, the werewolf delusional enough to follow her home thinking he has a chance with her, while continuing to search for answers on her own. Her problems compound when other werewolves, ones with abnormal sparks, start stalking her. Instead of gaining answers, her list of questions is growing. When she finds the answers, her life will never be the same.
Guest Reviewer Thoughts:
Hi! I am so excited to be a guest reviewer today and share my thoughts on this series. My name is Lindsay and I blog for Beauty Brains and Books. I am a bit obsessed with this series and author and she is one of my favorite finds of the year. I recently re-read the entire series and was fortunate enough to get an ARC of the third book (Un)Wise. I also just read Touch, the first and currently only book in another series she has written. This girl gets me wrapped up in knots! I love the feeling her books give me and the characters stay with you for days after reading. There is always that stubborn push/pull between the couples that sets your heart racing and you cheering them along the way. These books also have a second layer beyond the romance that is the Judgment of the Six portion of the series. Each book, another piece is revealed and keeps you guessing and on your toes trying to put the puzzle together. All are intriguing and unique. She makes me want to jump inside her brain and pick at it for a while.
I highly recommend this series to fans of paranormal reads and especially those that have a thing for werewolves. They are not graphic in sexual nature, but it isn’t needed. You will still feel that high we all crave. The tension is thick! Once I got to about 15% of Hope(less), I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. Seriously…look at the picture below. Good gravy he is an adorable, stubborn, smart, sexy, shy, hairy, fierce, loyal caveman! And guess what? It is currently FREE!!
If you would like to read my actual review of the first two books in this series, you can find them on GoodReads. Hope(less) & (Mis)Fortune
Hopeless is currently FREE!
